When your order is shipped, our customer service will email you a tracking number and you can track your order via EMS or DHL website. If you would like to wholesale, please contact our customer service team and they will meet your needs. Please make sure you are at home when the package arrives. Or your order will be sent back to your local post office, then please feel free to contact your local post office to get the package.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item, you can return it for a refund. Please return it to us within 10 days (from the date of receipt). Non-defective items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging and must be in unused condition. All returned items are subject to a 35% cancellation fee (shipping fee and bank commission). We are not responsible for return shipping fee.

Exchange Policy

We will exchange for you and send the same item again.
