If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item, you can return it for a refund. Please return it to us within 10 days (from the date of receipt). Non-defective items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging and must be in unused condition. All returned items are subject to a 35% cancellation fee (shipping fee and bank commission). We are not responsible for return shipping fee.
If you would like to exchange an item you have decided not to keep, please firstly contact our customer service by email within 21 days (from the date of purchase). We will exchange for you and send the same item again. However, you are responsible for paying the secondary shipping fee, and please make sure that your name, address, phone number and other information are correct. All items must be in new and unused condition and accompanied by a copy of your original receipt. We are not responsible for the lost or stolen packages in transit.
